My December 3, 5 p.m.⁴⁶ Representative of Chita government states that conference which was to be held at Manchouli has been called off and in its place the previous negotiations at Peking regarding commercial relations will be resumed. He says that Far Eastern Republic advises that the question of the Chinese Eastern be allowed to rest until after the discussion at the Washington Conference. …
