61. Last night Finland and Russia concluded armistice effective from noon tomorrow for 31 days and terminable at any time thereafter upon ten days notice by either party. The old frontier with minor exceptions is accepted as demarcation line. Russia is denied navigable access to Gulf of Finland despite persistently maintained efforts of Russian delegates.
