Your 286 July 27, 5 p.m. Minister for Foreign Affairs acknowledges receipt of information contained in your telegram referred to above and adds that, inasmuch as matter will be presumably submitted to the consideration [of] the proposed conference of groups’ representatives to be held in New York next autumn, he may have occasion to offer some observation on this subject when the result of its consideration by the conference is known.
