“Have received note from Swiss Political Department enclosing note from Bavarian Legation, Berne, of which following is substance, ‘Bavarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs requests that in Palatinate, elections on January 12th, 1919, for National Assembly be made possible and facilitated by Entente’.
