82. Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Vologodski and Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Golovachev, Omsk government, [Page 379] now Irkutsk en route east to discuss situation with Allies. Latter called upon Consulate and stated that Omsk government was entirely pro-Ally and that it wished Allies to enter Siberia and assist in regaining Russia from Germans. Stated he would discuss military needs with Allies. Suggest Allies observe closely development of relations between the Omsk government and Horvat government.
