Central Soviet Government, Irkutsk, states that one reason for disturbances along Siberian Railroad is due the fact that [Allies] have no transports in [Vladivostok] wherewith to send Czechoslovaks away. [Soviet] states that there are now 10,000 Czechoslovaks in [Vladivostok]. [It] is undesirable from their point of view [to] permit the mass [concentration] of Czecho-Slovaks there. Will you kindly inform me how soon such transport going to call?
