Says Socialists here have never so suggested but that most radical faction is advocating revolution in Central Empires, deposing ruling monarchs thereof, and thereafter negotiating universal socialistic peace. Government, however, not perturbed thereby as it daily becomes stronger, soldiers returning to regiments and passing resolutions calling upon workingmen to return to making munitions. Latter becoming more reasonable and much less emphatic in their demands.
