At five o’clock Domingo González, six sons and three daughters, most of former office holders under Alfredo, sought refuge here saying they are in danger of immediate arrest in view of virtual martial law and of execution in case of intervention. Conditional asylum only granted dependent on instructions from the Department. Request immediate reply as to this.
