4532. Your 3426,1 June 15. Re goods forwarded under Netherlands Oversea Trust permits which have been placed in prize court. Foreign Office replies to previous correspondence in which general question was dealt with and referring to its notes dealing with cases of Corn Products Company’s shipments and of adding machines ex S. S. Gorredick, states facts of these are being reexamined in accordance with my request. Foreign Office assures me British Government ready to give fullest consideration to concrete cases to which United States Government may wish to draw attention.
