The agreement between the Allies published to-day that no one will consent to end hostilities till all three consent is England’s declaration to the Kaiser that no peace proposals will be entertained till one side or the other is completely exhausted. The English are preparing for a long war. They mean to fight till promilitarism is utterly crushed.
