590. Belgian Commission requests that you secure from German Government unmolested passage for neutral food ships from United States to Holland for Belgium. This has been done by British Government.

Also inform Department whether German Government has placed embargo on importation into Belgium, in neutral ships, of thoroughly disinfected and cleaned second-hand clothing.
