The American Minister to the Dominican Republic to the Secretary of State .

Santo Domingo , March 8, 1912 .

The Dominican Government informs me that Horacio Vásquez1 and the two Rodriguez left Porto Rico today for Cuba, bound for Haiti, and that Vásquez will receive from the United States via Cape Haitien 500,000 rounds and 1000 rifles.
