Last night a number of negroes were arrested in the Provinces of Santiago, Santa Clara, and Pinar del Rio for alleged revolutionary plot to seize all rural guard posts in these Provinces at sunset to-night. Considerable number of suspects, including Estenoz, have disappeared. Government confident that movement is completely suppressed.
