Ciudad Juárez (El Paso, Tex.), April 22, 1911 .

The Federal court of Mexico at Ciudad Juárez to-day released from custody Lawrence Converse and Edward Blatt, arrested February 22 and charged with sedition and who claimed to have been taken from American soil. The same court also released Richard Brown, the nurse arrested February 26, also charged with sedition.
