The Government of Mexico knows that there are in the frontier department of the Douglas station in Arizona arms and ammunition ready to be exported without express consignment.
In obedience to its instructions the embassy brings the fact to the knowledge of the Department of State for all pertinent purposes, and duly extends its thanks in advance for such measures as this Government may see fit to direct in the matter.
