Excellency: At the instance of the Home Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention I have the honor to inclose a resolution1 [Page 989] adopted by the board in question, expressing its appreciation of the assistance rendered by your embassy and Her Majesty’s consulate-general at Habana to its missionaries in that city.
I beg you to do me the favor to cause the contents of the resolution in question to be communicated to Her Majesty’s consul-general at Habana.
