0283 [less than 1 line not declassified]. 1. Thanks for Patrice. If we had known he was coming we would have baked a snake.

2. Per [name not declassified] GOK had no advance word whatsoever. Lumumba severely beaten at airport by gendarmerie, then taken Jadotville prison where guarded by all white guards. GOK does not plan liquidate Lumumba. [name not declassified] fears chances of Balubakat uprising in Eville considerably increased.2
