130. Editorial Note

The meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development was held in Paris November 24–25, 1966. For text of two briefing papers prepared for the meeting, see Documents 128 and 129. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Eugene V. Rostow headed the U.S. Delegation.
