The meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development was held in Paris November 25–26, 1965. Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Thomas C. Mann headed the U.S. Delegation, which included AID Administrator David E. Bell and Assistant Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Anthony M. Solomon.
