HO–11. Editorial Note
In an exchange of notes between the American Embassy in Honduras and the Honduran Ministry of Foreign Relations on October 26, 1959, and February 17, 1960, respectively, the United States Government and the Republic of Honduras entered into an agreement to permit the exchange of third party amateur radio communications. In a related note from the American Embassy to the Honduran Ministry of Foreign Relations on February 19, 1960, the United States informed Honduras that, according to the terms of the American note of October 26, 1959, the agreement would become effective on March 17, 1960.
