283. Editorial Note
President Eisenhower, accompanied by Prime Minister Macmillan, left the Mid-Ocean Club at 10:10 a.m. on March 24 and drove to Kindley Air Force Base. The President left Bermuda shortly after 10:30. (Eisenhower Library, President’s Appointment Book) Prime Minister Macmillan remained in Bermuda another 3 days.
