The Eighth and final Plenary Session of the Conference was held from 6:30 to 7:28 p.m. on July 23 at the Palais des Nations. The Directive to the Foreign Ministers (CF/DOC/25, Document 257) was approved and each of the Heads of Government made a closing statement.
