Editorial Note
On September 1, 1954, the United States and Guatemala signed at Guatemala City a General Agreement for Technical Cooperation, which entered into force on the same date. The agreement was transmitted to the Department of State under cover of despatch 233, from Guatemala City, dated September 22, 1954, not printed (814.00 TA/9–2254).
