Representatives of El Salvador and the United States signed a General Agreement for Technical Cooperation at San Salvador on April 4, 1952, which entered into force on the same date. The Agreement was transmitted to the Department of State under cover of despatch 894, from San Salvador, dated April 7, 1952, not printed (816.00 TA/4–752).
