We will accept and urge you make strong effort obtain Turk acceptance fol wording as substitute (b) last para Deptel 552 Dec 262 “No conversions into other currencies will occur without taking the Turk foreign exchange position into acct nor will they be made except pursuant to mutually satisfactory arrangements”. (Embtel 578 Dec 28.)

As last resort and if you believe deadlock wld otherwise result you may add “to be agreed upon” following “satisfactory arrangements”.
