On December 14, 1950, the U.K. General Assembly adopted Resolution 427 (V), which dealt with repatriation of Axis prisoners of war. Text of Resolution 427 (V), a modification of a draft resolution originally submitted by Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, is printed in United Nations, Official Records of the General Assembly, Fifth Session, Resolutions, page 45.
