Memorandum by the President to the Secretary of State

I have approved your memorandum of November 24, 1950, on the subject of United States’ contributions to the Palestine Refugee Program, with the proviso that the U.S. share of the total agreed program shall not exceed fifty percent. This is consistent with the recommendation of the National Advisory Council (Action No. 432).¹
