229. Note just received from Foreign Office states they will stop receiving communications on February 3 at 5 p. m. Note adds that Foreign Office will stop work February 4 and resume work February 5 at 8 a. m. at No. 68 [–70] Fuhsing Road, Shameen, Canton.
