Editorial Note
At the Secretary’s daily meeting on March 16 the question of a Three-Power meeting on Germany was discussed. Under Secretary Webb suggested that Secretary Acheson discuss Germany with the two Foreign Ministers incident to their visit to the United States to sigh the North Atlantic Pact at the end of March.
