Editorial Note
On January 15, at the 227th meeting of the Security Council, Zafrullah Khan took his place at the Council table as special representative of Pakistan for discussion of the Kashmir situation. Also, the Council received notice of the appointment of two alternate representatives for India in the Kashmir discussions: Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah, Head of the Administration, Kashmir and Jammu State, and M.
