The Commission met to review the Rapporteur’s report to the Plenary Conference.1 The report was approved subject to drafting changes which might be communicated to the Rapporteur by the members. After adoption of a resolution of appreciation for the services of the Chairman, Secretariat and Rapporteur, proposed by Mr. Thorp, the Commission adjourned sine die.
