I Deputies Report and Agenda

The Council heard the Deputies’ Report, presented by the Chairman of the day.

The Council decided to examine first of all the question of the Peace Conference (draft invitations and rules of procedure), next the question of Italian reparation (final text) and then the question of Germany.

The questions appearing in point 3 of document CFM (46) 19160 were referred back to the Deputies, who should report whether or not they had been able to reach an agreement on these various points.

II Peace Conference (Draft Invitations and Rules of Procedure)

After an exchange of views on this question, the Council instructed the Deputies to resume study of the matter on the following day, July 6, at 10:00 a.m. and report to the Council on its afternoon meeting.

III Reparation Due From Italy

The Council instructed the Deputies to draw up, in accordance with the instructions given them at the 34th meeting of the Council, a complete document on reparation from Italy which would include a reference to the claims of Allied nations other than the U.S.S.R. and which would be submitted to the Council at the next meeting.
