1. Records of Previous Meetings
The Council approved the records of the 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Meetings.
2. Report by the Deputies to the Council
Mr. Vyshinski submitted a report by the Deputies on the progress of the preparation of the draft treaties with Italy, Roumania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Finland.
3. U.S. Delegation’s Proposal for the Meeting of the Peace Conference
It was agreed to continue the discussion of this question at the next meeting.
4. Next Meeting of the Council
The Council agreed to hold its next meeting at 11 a.m. on 10th May.
