704. American Interests—Japan. Legation’s 7433, November 9th.9 Foreign Office note January 25th states Swiss Legation, Tokyo reports it again approached Japanese Foreign Office to obtain information regarding murder 17 Americans in Philippines mentioned in Department’s 3532, October 16th.10
