ReDeptel 1894, August 23.58 Note sent Foreign Office today requesting appropriate Soviet officials arrange with Henry at Vladivostok for rapid transportation of POW supplies to camps in Soviet occupied zone. We stated matter is urgent and stressed importance of immediate despatch of supplies.
