4339. Mytel 3193, Apr 23. JCS have reconsidered subdivisions of Berlin. Because shops and other facilities of Tempelhof airfield lie in Neukoelln JCS consider it essential that Neukoelln or portion thereof sufficient to permit uninhibited use of airdrome and necessary extension of runways be included in U.S. subdivision. Text of report being sent by air mail.11
