I have the honor to supplement my communication of yesterday by informing Your Excellency that the Governments of Haiti and Ecuador have replied to recommendation XXII²² of the Committee of Political Defense; thus replies have been received from all the governments concerned. Ecuador states that it has consulted and will continue to consult in the cases indicated and Haiti formally adheres to the recommendation formulated.
