Souza Costa and Guedes of DNC are studying proposal for termination of agreement; Guedes is strongly opposed to it. It appears that Souza Costa is awaiting the return of Penteado82 before making a definite decision. The Embassy told the Foreign Office today that we expect to terminate the coffee agreement simultaneously with the ship deal.83
