With further reference to our cable 22, 5th,¹⁵ both resolution and summary of replies were approved unanimously although Chilean member¹⁶ initially opposed resolution and sought to delay action, informing me privately that he wanted time to consult his Government. Argentine¹⁷ was absent. [Spaeth.]
