Bill extending current funds for construction of International Highway until June 30, 1945 and permitting transfer to Haiti at any time within next fiscal year8 has received Congressional approval. Presidential approval pending but likely. Department and Public Roads Administration nevertheless emphasize need for speed by Dominicans in placing necessary equipment on road.
