A–2411. Representatives of American companies, whose claims arising out of expropriation of petroleum properties were settled by the agreement concluded September 29, 1943, continue to press for copies of the agreement, for use in connection with various matters, involving, for example, tax liability, liquidation of stockholders’ interests, dissolution of corporate entities, etc.

Please ascertain whether Mexican Government agrees that copies may now be furnished for purposes indicated, particularly in view of fact that agreement has recently been ratified by Mexican Senate.81
