106. My 96, April 8, 9 a.m.62 Both Saudi Finance Minister and Acting Foreign Minister state that Saudi Government must have assistance in excess of that contemplated in budget figures of British Minister.
They have indicated that they would like the United States to supply deficiency. Request for specific sums expected in few days.
