The Chargé in Turkey (Kelley) to the Secretary of State

1096. My 1008, October 11. Embassy forwarded with the courier who left Ankara last night the 4 bomb sights and other secret instruments which were part of equipment of the 4 United States Army bombers interned in Turkey. The courier is accompanied by the Assistant Military Attaché Captain Brown who will look after the security of instruments until their delivery to appropriate authorities in Lydda.
