My 1149, August 20, 10 p.m. If Orgaz has not yet forwarded aide-mémoire to Madrid I believe it would be advisable for Childs to amend it by omitting last paragraph substance of which could be conveyed to General Orgaz orally. I am sure Childs could give a reasonable explanation of his action.
