Your 291, September 9, 6 p.m., your 287, September 3, 5 p.m., and your 784–A, September 3.76 You may advise the Liberian Government that in view of their confirmation of the agreement for the acquisition of British current coin in Liberia as contained in the Department’s telegram 187, August 3, 8 p.m., the Treasury Department considers such agreement to have been approved by the Liberian Government and to be in full force and effect.
