Prime Minister called me early this morning to tell me he is not satisfied with Majlis’ decision refusing to expel Japanese and that he is calling another secret session tomorrow in a final endeavor to obtain such action. Meanwhile British Minister has telegraphed London reporting this decision and requesting instructions.
