386. Your 303, January 26, 9 p.m. The Embassy has informed the Foreign Office today both orally and by formal note of the stipulations set forth in your telegram regarding the Anglo-Soviet-Iranian treaty.
The Foreign Office received a telegram from Tehran this morning stating that the treaty passed its second reading yesterday and is to go into effect January 29.54
