Sir: Referring to your telegram No. 35, February 24, 2 p.m., and to the telephone conversation this morning between you and Mr. Duggan, I am enclosing herewith a copy of the English text of Schedule II³⁵ as approved by the Trade Agreements Committee today. A Spanish translation is also enclosed, which has been compiled by checking language used in agreements with other Spanish speaking countries. It is, therefore, believed to be satisfactory.
