Your 150, July 29, 10 a.m. Representatives of Standard Oil have not returned for the further conference with the Department which they said they would seek upon receipt of opinion as to the legality of the decree, nor have they as yet asked the Department to take any action in behalf of their company. No other American companies have approached the Department.
