Substance of Nanking’s June 11, 9 a.m.,⁷⁵ and June 11, 11 a.m.,⁷⁶ is being communicated to Navy to be forwarded to Admiral Allen. U. S. S. Monocacy will leave Hankow for Changsha morning of June 13th.

Repeated to Department, Peiping and Nanking.
